HEREBY OFFERS FOR SALE BY ONLINE AUCTION:

15 Cheetahs, 3 Hyenas, 2 Wild dogs and 8 Lions as per auction details and lot descriptions.

CLOSING OF LOTS

Bidding will open on 2 September at 17H00 and Lots will close one by one in sequence from lot 1-23 starting to close on 16 September at 19H00.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS OF SALE

With Registration each prospective Bidder / Buyer will have to provide proof of holding permits and / or other information required for the translocation / import / export of the applicable animal intended to bid on.

Agents assisting clients will have to provide information on the destination of the animals.

The destination of the animals to be defined as the physical address of the animals as it will appear on permit applications.

As proof of accepting The conditions of Sale the buyer must sign the Procedure of Auction and Special Conditions of Sale and send to Auction House.

GENERAL RULES OF AUCTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BIDPRO WEBSITE and MUST NOT BID UNLESS HE OR SHE HAS DONE SO.

By accepting the Terms and conditions when registering, the bidder acknowledges that ALL Terms and Conditions of Auction has been read and understood by bidder / buyer.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE BID AND CONFIRMATION BY SELLER

The PURCHASER’S bid can be accepted immediately by the SELLER after the bidding and closing of the Lot or Auction.

If the Bid is not accepted immediately after it is closed, it shall remain open for acceptance by the SELLER through the AUCTION HOUSE on behalf of the SELLER, for 24 hours.

VALUE-ADDED TAX

Bid price excludes vat and vat will be added to the bid price when invoiced.

PAYMENT

Full payment of purchase will be made within 24 hours into the Trust account of the Auction House.

Seller will be paid out by the Auction House only after delivery of animals to the buyers.

Buyers must ensure that they will be able to obtain a permit before they bid.

 

MPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:

The Seller grants the Buyer a period of 2 months from Auction Date to obtain local import permits to the premises of the Buyer. After 2 months a fee of R200 per animal per day will be charged by the Seller.

The Seller grants the Buyer a period of 4 months from Auction Date to obtain International export permits to the destination of Export. After 4 months a fee of R200 per animal per day will be charged by the Seller.

DELIVERY

Animals will be delivered on transport vehicle of Buyer / Transport Contractor as soon as possible after permits are issued on dates agreed upon between Buyer and Seller OR Delivered / Transported by the Seller to the Buyer as agreed upon.
