Auction Format: Live Online Auction
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUCTION REGISTRATION
Download the Auction Registration Form (click here) and save this to your Desktop now. Print out the form, fill in the required details, initial each page and sign. Scan and upload the completed form to your Desktop.
Take note of Broll’s banking details on the form, where the refundable auction registration fee of R50 000 (Fifth Thousand Rands) must be paid via EFT.
Take note of the FICA documents required, as per Annexure 2.
Create your account by clicking on the SIGN IN button on the top right of this page. Sign into your new / existing account.
Click on the REGISTER button and complete the pop-up form.
Upload the completed Auction Registration Form in the field provided.
Upload the Proof of Payment for the auction registration fee in the field provided.
Upload the required FICA documents in the field provided.
Confirm that you have read the Auction Terms and complete your registration by clicking the ACCEPT button.
The information for your auction registration will be forwarded to our Registration Desk for review and approval. If required, they will contact you directly for outstanding information. Upon approval, you will receive an email confirming your registration.
Upon receipt of your email confirmation, sign into your account and click on the VIEW LOTS button. The lots appear in order of sale.
You will now be able to view details of the lots, watch the auction via live stream and place your bids online using the system.
If you wish to bid via the telephone (as indicated on your auction registration form), you will be assigned a Broll representative, who will contact you directly prior and during the auction, explain the auction bidding protocols, and bid on your behalf upon your live instructions during the auction. You may also watch the auction in real time via live stream on the system.
If you are attending the live auction at the Inanda Club Sandton, you will bid on the auction floor.

The properties are sold voetstoots / as-is.
Buyers Commission: 10% (ten) over and above the bid price on auction payable by the Purchaser immediately after the auction.
Registration Fee: R50 000 payable prior to the auction via EFT or bank guaranteed cheque (refundable fee)
Deposit: A deposit of 5% (five percent) of the Purchase Price payable to the AUCTIONEER by the PURCHASER immediately after the fall of the hammer.
