LOTS START CLOSING at 6:00PM / 18H00  . LOTS CLOSE 1 MINUTE APART .

Any offers placed within the last 2min before the closing time  will extend the closing time by another 2min

1.) Ownership of the goods shall, at all times, remain vested with Michael's Antiques, Collectables and Décor (Pty) Ltd, until the Buyer has made full payment of the purchase price.

2.) If Michael's Antiques, Collectables and Décor (Pty) Ltd is unable to effect delivery of any part of the goods on the date or time stipulated by it or the Buyer, the Buyer shall be obliged to take delivery as and when the Company can reasonably effect such delivery.

3.) Michael's Antiques, Collectables and Décor (Pty) Ltd is entitled to charge storage costs where the Buyer requests Michael's Antiques, Collectables and Décor (Pty) Ltd to withhold or postpone delivery, and same is agreed to, and the Buyer undertakes to pay any and all storage costs related to goods not taken, at the prevailing storage rates charged by the Michael's Antiques, Collectables and Décor (Pty) Ltd.

2)  Payment terms: Within 24 hours receipt of invoice.   

3)  COLLECT / COURIER / DELIVERY options:

COLLECT (FURNITURE & SMALLS):

    If you choose to selfcollect OR send your own courier please provide a copy of the invoice and proof of payment upon collection.
    Advise 24hours prior to collection.
    Packing/Wrapping/Boxing can be provided at a nominal fee

COURIER (SMALLS):

      -   Carpets and smaller items only!

      -   We can arrange courier countrywide. Please provide address for us to quote

           for shipping & packaging.

    Packing/Wrapping/Boxing can be provided at a nominal fee

DELIVERY (FURNITURE):

    We ONLY DELIVER to major centres in GAUTENG at a fee

 (Westrand -R550, Eastrand -R650, Southrand -R750, Pretoria/Hartees -R650)
