Once logged in, the account holder is responsible and liable for all bids made on that account. Bids should be made within the bidders’ own ability and winning bidders are responsible for payment and removal of assets as per the rules of the auction. To avoid disappointment, ensure you register for an auction at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you are approved in time

No registration deposit payable.

Buyer’s commission:  10% 

Please note that we add the buyer’s commission to your final bidding price.

EXAMPLE: R1000 (BID) + 10% (BUYERS COMMISSION) = R1 100.00 (TOTAL)

INVOICE

Invoice will be email to the email address on the system.

PAYMENT

• Payment  must be done  on receipt of invoice

• Invoice is paid once the amount  reflected in our account. Please e-mail proof of payment to [email protected]

• Payments not received within 24 hours from the time & date of receipt of invoice will be subject to a 15% collection commission, all legal fees plus VAT and interest @ 20% on total outstanding amount

• All payments must be made in the currency on the invoice issued

• Payment method: bank transfer (EFT). 

  We accept card payments. Please note: a 3% card charge will be levied to the invoice amount. 

  We do NOT accept payment by cheque, or cash

• NB: Please use buyer number as reference on bank transfer

The items remain the property of Delta Blue until paid in full. 

 

Postage or Courier available nationally for buyer’s own account. (Combined shipping allowed.)
 

PAPERWORK REQUIRED FOR COLLECTION

Release note  – lots will not be released without this. We also recommend that a copy of this information sheet is given to your transport /shipping company

Paid invoice will be emailed to you.  Please bring a copy of the invoice with you when you are collecting your items. 
 

COLLECTION

LOCATION PIN

• Buyers are responsible for the dismantling and removal of items plus all shipping and rigging charges

• Items are only available to collect once the transferred funds have cleared, and a collection appointment has been booked

• Buyers must complete the removal of items within the clearance deadline.  Normal removal hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm (local time) unless otherwise stated

• Delta Blue does not supply any assistance with the dismantling, loading or removal whether in the form of labour or lifting equipment.  Buyers must bring their own staff and equipment

• Any damage made to the premises or any other items during the removal will be for the buyers account

• Any health, safety, or security regulations must be adhered to by the buyer and their agents

If you are not able to collect, We offer delivery in George and surrounding areas at a competitive rate. For all other areas, please arrange a courier for your account.

CLEARANCE DEADLINE

All local goods sold must be removed WITHIN (2) DAYS after payment

 

The bidder needs to ensure he/she reads and understand the terms and conditions, as well as the rules of the auction prior to registration and commencement of the bidding process
