THE AUCTION WILL BE RUN AS A TIMED ONLINE AUCTION:

• Auction will start on 28 February 2024, 19:00 and will end on 02 March 2024, 16:00
• Please note this is a Timed ONLINE Auction. Please place your Bids before or immediately after fair warning to avoid losing the item.
• The auction will be run as a Timed Auction with staggered closing times. The first Lot will close on 02 March 2024 at 16:00.  Subsequent lots will close in 2 minutes intervals.  If a bid is placed within the last 1 minute the closing time will be reset to 2 minutes.
• It may be possible that the closing time of one lot may extend passed the closing time of a following lot.

REGISTRATION:

• ALL buyers must register to bid, as this is a new auction platform
• FICA Requirements: 

1. South African identity document (foreigners: passport)
2. Proof of Residence less than 3 months old (Utility bill addressed to your residential address)
3. Bidders to provide affidavit + marriage certificate for proof of residence in another person/spouse name.

• Buyers Commission: 15%
• 15% VAT on all lots, on top of Buyer’s Commission
• All goods are sold as is with NO duty to repair.
• All Goods are sold on auction subject to confirmation by the seller to the highest bidder.

VIEWING, COLLECTION AND PAYMENTS:

• Viewing at Ellenberger & Kahts - 36 Alexandra Ave, Arboretum, Bloemfontein – per appointment. 
• All goods to be paid for within 24 hours from receiving proforma invoice.
• All goods will be released only after the Auction. All goods to be collected within 48 hours after payment reflects in Ellenberger & Kahts’ bank account.
