- Our buyers commission for the General Household Goods Auction is 15% on the hammer price.
- 15% VAT is levied on the commission.
- Total commission + VAT payable is 17.25% inclusive.

Confirmation period – Seller must confirm/accept/decline/negotiate bid amount placed within 24 hours.

Buyer Payment – purchases must be paid within 24 hours after auction closed.
ALL Items are to be paid for in full by the Friday after the auction, no exceptions. If we have not received payment or any form of communication, all unpaid items will be reversed and relisted on future auctions.
