Offer Procedure:
Offerers can Offer simultaneously on Lot 001, 002 and 003.
The Lots will close in sequential order.
Lot 002 will stay open for Offers until Lot 001 has closed and will then start closing and count down.
Lot 003 will stay open for Offers until lot 001 and 002 has closed.
After Lot 002 has closed, Offerers bidders who want's to purchase both the properties (Lot 001 and Lot 002) have the opportunity to Offer on Lot 003.
The Offer amount of Lot 003 must exceed the total of Lot 001 and Lot 002 together, in order to be succesfull.
During the Offers, the asking Offer of Lot 003 should automatically be an Offer higher than the current Total of Lot 001 and Lot 002 together.
In the event that the Offer amount of Lot 003 is higher than the total of Lot 001 and 002, at closing time of the Lots, the amount of Lot 003 will be accepted as the highest Offer amount and it will oversee the two individual higher Offers of Lot 001 and 002.
The current Highest Bidder when the auction closed has the right to equal the highest offer and his Offer will be accepted as the Purchaser, subject to acceptance of the Seller.
