Vintage French Louis XV Settee
This is a beautiful vintage French Louis XV settee (loveseat) with an ornately carved wooden frame and striking yellow floral upholstery.
The piece features classic Rococo elements, including an elegant curved silhouette, an intricately carved shell and foliate motif crest at the top of the backrest, and graceful cabriole legs. The frame appears to have a light wood finish or a painted/gilded patina. The upholstery is a vibrant yellow damask or brocade fabric with an allover floral pattern and a smart tufted backrest.
